How do I create an account?
Click Start for free and type your email. We send you a sign-in link, no password. You land on the bench with 4 credits, and 4 more arrive after your first render. No card needed.
How are credits spent?
One credit is one image. Pick 1 to 4 options per render and pay that many. A region edit or an expression change in the editor gives 2 options for 2 credits. Each Face Lab expression is 1 credit. Text layers, versions and exports are free.
How do I export a thumbnail?
Select a result and click Export HD for a 1280 x 720 file under 2 MB, ready for YouTube, or Export 2K for the full render. Free accounts get a small watermark on both. Paid plans have none.
Can I remove the watermark?
Yes. Every paid plan removes it from every export, including thumbnails you made while on the free plan.
Can I use thumbnails commercially?
Every paid plan, Creator, Studio and Agency, includes commercial use. The Free plan is for trying the bench.
How do refunds work?
Under 10 credits used in the first 14 days: full refund on request. After that, spent credits are not refundable, but you can cancel any time.
How do I delete my account?
Open your account page and choose Delete account. Your renders, faces and history are removed.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact page or write to [email protected]. Studio and Agency get priority support.
